It is always difficult to apologize. Apologizing is to admit that you were wrong, are sorry, and wish to make amends. If you are continually hurting someone, that would make the task of apologizing that much harder. Actions speak louder than words. The best thing you can do in this case, is to try your best to stop hurting the other person. Whether intentional or unintentional, hurting another person is wrong and you have to do your best to right that wrong! First, you should examine why you keep hurting the other person: what precipitates your actions, how does the other person respond to your actions and what is your response. Then, you need to apologize with sincerity! Lastly, you have to do your best to avoid causing the other person any more hurt. Sorry starts to lose its meaning when you say it too many times without any real effort to change the behaviors causing the pain. That said, asking for help is a great step in the right direction! Good luck!
