Loyalty is the best policy, they say. This is because being loyal always pays. It’s the mutual trust that actually keeps you going with the people that you are with. when you cheat on them, it means you’re doing something that can’t be pardoned. An act of betrayal is the last thing to commit in any type of relationship because that signals the beginning of the end of the road. Although all kinds of cheating are generally unpardonable as long as that is done with your full knowledge, there are certain acts that can still be forgiven. For instance, if you cheat on a person for the first time such as covertly engaging in an open relationship, you may be given the benefit of doubt for the first time. But if you are found cheating again, you certainly deserved to be shown the door by the people that you are with. By all means, you don’t deserve a better deal. After all, our lives are too short and there is so much pride to live it in a honest and loyal way.
