It is a problem only when you find it troublesome to get along with your significant other. It does not pose much of a problem when you find the going tough with the family of your significant other. You can always sit with your significant other and explain your problem and the reasons why you find it difficult to get along with them. If you have a valid point, your partner can determine as to what to do next. It is horrible to live in the middle of a mess on a daily basis. You can better avoid them altogether or make them understand your feelings so that they can mend their ways. You should make sure you explain the rationale for your actions to your partner. You should give your significant other the choice of respecting your decision to stay away from their family or be prepared to part away from you.
