There are many excuses that a boyfriend could use for why he was out or why he did not call you if he was cheating on you. One of the top excuses is usually that he had to stay late at work because usually you are not able to confirm this with anyone so he feels that he is in the clear with this excuse. Another excuse that your boyfriend may use is that he was out late with friends because he could have simply told his friends to cover for him in the case that you ask them about where he was. If you do not feel comfortable in the relationship with your boyfriend and are losing trust in him, I would suggest that you look elsewhere. Every girl deserves to be happy and should not have to deal with a boyfriend who does not make them feel good about themselves. I wish you the best of luck!
